Picture language- Isotype

In week 4 lesson I learnt "Isotype" as a method of showing social, technological, biological, and historical connections in pictorial form. This is like the way we using emoji on text message to express some meanings.

It make me remember the Tokyo 2020 which just happened this year. They use different animation icon to represent different competition items, I though it was a really smart way for people from different background to understand.
